I like it, it is very lightweight and the magnet works both front and back. I don't care about the folding part since I always read in my comfy chair. But given the size of that reader that folding part is a nice touch since I imagine some people will be reading pdfs at a desk or table.
Both the device and the cover have abandoned the black of the previous models for a dark grey. Subtle, but I noticed it and like it.
