I am soooo embarassed. Last August 2 was National Coloring Book Day, and I plum forgot all about it!
I just found out that the good people at Dover Publications offered a
free mini coloring book in commemoration of this notable holiday. Thankfully, they have kept the
free offer available since then. But, I am so ashamed that I did not find out about the offer in time for the Coloring Book Day, so that my post of it could be more timely.
Well, anyway, here is
the webpage with the link to the coloring book. Note that the pages for coloring are oriented toward adults (although I suppose that kids could use them, too). Frankly, I don't understand the whole adult coloring book phenomenon thing; maybe it's good therapy or something. But, I don't have to understand it, I just want to be of service to those who do understand it, or even like it. Maybe I should try it myself, although I don't remember liking to color even when I was a child (I know that you will find this hard to believe, but I was a
strange child).
Oh, as you might suspect, the pages are in PDF. They are contained in a zip file.
