I am correct--for epubs if you tell your Kobo to display page numbers for the entire book in the footer, it uses ADE page numbers? Which I would find preferable to displaying the numbers in the right margin.

Personally, I pretty much use KePubs and have the footer set to display page numbers for chapters, which actually displays the screen turns left in the chapter.
