Do you mean that you signed out of Overdrive in the settings on your Kobo and then logged back in to Overdrive and it prompted you to add a library/pin again so you entered the second library details?

Did it override the first library connection, or do you now see two libraries listed on the Overdrive settings page on your Kobo?
