Here's a sharpness comparison between the KA1, Glo HD, Voyage, Oasis, Tolino vision 3HD and PW3:

It looks perfectly sharp to me and it definitely looks sharper than the Aura H20.
I know this is zoomed in a lot and things look different in normal usage, but I simply don't see any fuzziness and since no one is posting any pictures of the so called fuzziness, this is the best we've got. The Paperwhite 3 for example is what I'd call fuzzy.
