Even though my shipping/tracking information showed Canada Post to US Postal Service, my Aura One was delivered by UPS. From previous orders, a signature was always required by the US Postal Service, but no signature was required this time by UPS. Also, because I had previously missed getting a signature-required package when I was not at home, my mail carrier kindly told me about a form I could sign, allowing her to leave packages that require a signature at my door, even if I was not home to sign for it. After I did that, I never missed a package delivery. Good luck.
