Dear Mr. Xxxxx,

Good day!

Thank you very much for taking the time to give us your feedback. We would also like to apologize for the confusion this may have caused you. Please be informed that the Naxos Music Group newsletter you received is different from our monthly New On Naxos newsletter.

The former only have one pre-selected album as a gift for our Naxos Music Group subscribers. As for the latter, it is continuous every month; clients still have 3 albums to choose from for their free download.

We hope this information helps. If you have any other concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Have a nice day and thank you for using our services!

Warmest regards,

Kryshia Tabang

I think that what she is saying is that there are two newsletters relevant to the issue that I brought up. The first is the one that I already received this month in which, as a subscriber, I got a free album. The second is the "New on Naxos" newsletter which we have been receiving and, in which, we are offered the choice of one of three albums.

The only loose end that hasn't been tied up is the fact that this is the first month (I searched my email inbox to be sure) that I received the additional newsletter. I sign up to so many mailing lists, however, that it is very possible that I signed up for this one within the past few weeks and plum forgot about it.

If you can find out how to get on the additional newsletter's mailing list, it seems to me that you will probably then be able to score two free (flac!) albums from Naxos each month instead of just one. If you find out how to do it, please make a post letting everyone else know about it.
