No, codes do not expire. If you come across one that doesn't work and you know you haven't used it, just email them. They will either give you a new code or just restore the 2000 points to your account so you can get a new one.

This I do not know. I would imagine the codes aren't specifically tied to an account because of the programming involved. I mean when they first started issuing codes, they were given in simple numerical order. The codes have since become more complicated, so maybe it's simple to tie them to a specific account.

I also think it would against the terms & conditions of the program for someone else to use your code.
