When I started looking into this with those duplicate ISBNs, I see that every book has the 1857037812 after the normal ISBN, so I am curious if it's just in the formatting somehow of my main list page.

Example, main list page, has Correct ISBN concatenated with Incorrect
97814133107881857037812

But Edit Individually shows this under Ids.
isbn:9781413310788, amazon:1413310788, google:xU1bAQAAQBAJ

Is it possible I somehow setup the ISBN column to show the additional 1857037812 after any ISBN or in place of a blank one?

Why yes, it is!!!
I went to Add your own columns, ISBN clicked on the I for Info and in the Template field it has {identifiers:select(isbn)}1857037812
How on earth that happened is beyond me, I had a computer crash last month, so anything is possible.

I deleted it and restarted Calibre, and voila all is well again.

Thanks for steering me in the right direction THEDUCKS.
You had me going there for a bit
You made a combination of Calculated (the green) and a absolute (the red)
