I responded to the email with further questions since that will supposedly reopen my ticket. We'll see what actually happens (if anything).

That did reopen the ticket from me. I received an unhelpful 7-10 days response with it yesterday. But today they replied again with shipping confirmation and a FedEx tracking number.
