No email from Kobo yet. However I can see from Fedex that my package has shipped.

Kobo has never been an organized company which is why I stopped buying books from them several years ago. I do have apprehensions about finally buying a Kobo reader and what the experience will be like. My ultimate frustration is that my shipment is arriving a week later than others who preordered after me.
