The problem is the setting of the collection columns. It needs to be he lookup name of a column. Or a comma separated list of them. I assume you have a custom column with the header "My shelves". You need to change this to the lookup name. If the column is displayed in the calibre library list, it will be part of the tooltip when the cursor is over the heading of the column. Fixing this should get the collections created and populated properly when you next connect.
