I found the usefulness of customer service rather ungratifying and really can not understand why you can not get a tracking update from them. I'm waiting on several callbacks from the next level.. I am not very hopeful on this occurring and even worse I paid for the shipping thinking it would help expedite it!

It's the lack of information on Kobo's part, the big snub that really bugs me.
If they would just tell me something, anything. Like it won't ship until Sep 15th, 16th, 17th... I would be fine with that.
