If I don't get a tracking number in the next two hours, I'm filing a dispute with PayPal for non-delivery. I have all email and chat correspondence. I ordered my H20 from Chapters with email updates and prompt delivery. I was foolish for disregarding numerous reports of horrible customer service and unavailable order status.

The key to ordering directly from Kobo is patience. It will all work out okay if you have patience.

I did this before three years ago and it was fine.
