A slight correction to RZetlin's post. The Kobo Aura One does have a physical sleep button the same way the Kobo Aura H2O and Glo HD have. I've not owned others, but I suspect that they all had the power button act as a 'sleep' button.
The Aura One is also not the first of the Kobo line to ditch the on/off for the light, I believe that was the H2O.
However I agree with the essence of what was said, the Aura One feels like Kobo has taken what they learned and put it to good use.
