The collection management should be working on the Aura One. It is here on the same firmware version. I'll need to see a debug log to get an idea of what is going wrong.

Please restart calibre in debug mode, connect the device and and let the device jobs run. Then close calibre and post the contents of the debug log when it is displayed.
