I'm in the US and ordered directly from Kobo on the 30th at 2 AM. Apparently, my order is being held up because somebody thought my address is a P.O. box. It is not, not even close. When I answered the CS email telling them this, I get an apparently computer generated email repeating that my order is now "in process" and allow 7-10 days for delivery.
