The Aura ONE now lacks the option to hide the ebooks that you didn't download so it's a very relevant question. I only found out after the 90 or so ebooks were added to my library (although only 5 downloaded and the rest were added as a download link). I deleted them on the Aura ONE from my Kobo account, thereby moving them to the archive (after another sync) like Willa stated.

There's no 'select all' option on the Kobo site unfortunately so it's doing them one by one or making a new Kobo account if you don't want to reorganize all your ebooks in your account. You'll of course have to download the ebooks you do want to read on the Aura ONE and sideload them, so there's that.
