I've searched the forum and haven't found an answer. If this has been already discussed and solution found, I apologize.

I have not been able to updated Calibre. The last version I have is 2.56. Everything I try to update to current version, it gets to the "installing calibre" screen and there is never any progress. After several minutes it will say it's not responding and I can retry or exit. If I retry, same thing, after several minutes it says it's not responding and I believe it exits at that point.

I have Windows 10. And had been able to update Calibre in the past with no issues. Is there something else I should be doing?
