Has anyone's package left Memphis yet? Mine got there about the same time as others have reported but is now hung up in customs. Per FedEx: Clearance delay; Importer needs to provide tariff number. I posted a question to Kobo support but no response yet. Somehow, I get the feeling it will not arrive by September 8.

Ah, I just noticed that beespeckled's One has gotten to Seattle from Memphis. Guess I'm on my own with the clearance delay, sigh...
