Make sure you didn't accidentally have a space pasted at the front or end of the coupon code. Also, if you happened to send more than one on the same day, that you scroll down in gmail (or other ) and get the last code sent. The others will have all been used and invalid.

p.s. Just tested on all three of the current bundles and still works like it always did, using micropay during checkout. Paypal always used to not give you the chance to send a coupon, so I never test it anymore, just in case.
