Header.html is NOT being generated.
I've stuck a copy of my calibre library on orgfree.com. everything is fine until the final page "down load as mobi" The header pane has missing content so the host server immediately exits to their own missing file page.
On other sites it's not such a problem, but that missing header.html is a pain.

I think I found a dirty fix for this.
created an empty file, named it header.html
sysnced to server.
set syncing to exclude this file from now on.
browsed web site, error no longer occurs on all copies of my library (proving header.html is not being generated?)
