You are not the only owner of a PW2, nor the only person running 5.8.2 -
So first consider something local first.

Search the JB thread for posts by 'geekmaster' who lists Windows utilities.

What is IDM?

Well, whatever it is, you most likely have corrupted downloads.
Check the md5sum of the file you are using before we go any further with the troubleshooting.
