Annotations and Highlighs

I have a question for marp68

what do the annotations and highlights look like on calibre? Could you post a picture here, so that I can see how easy they are to read? Can you get the annotations and highlights to display in separate columns in Calibre, so that it's easy to distinguish between my annotations and the highlights from the text?

There used to be a tool for Sony Readers to export highlights and annotations as an html-file. I've attached a picture to show you how highlights and annotations are separate.


Unfortunately, Sony Readers are not backlit, and the annotations were limited to just 200 characters, plus they are no longer being manufactured.

I make so many annotations, and how easily they can be read, and searched, is important.
