So, if the device says the battery is empty doesn't mean the battery is really empty. It just doesn't have enough juice in it anymore to power up your device. Naturally, when you leave that device for an extended time off the charger, it'll finally copletely drain.
I just charge all devices I have once every so many months, to keep the battery from slowly emptying itself completely.

That made me realize that it was completely unnecessary to keep my Sony PRS-T2 "in case" I ever wanted to read a German book with a good German-English dictionary. No way would I ever again be able to read on it, or give it. I've already given all my old devices when they were still considered decent, and it was difficult: nobody around me is interested in an old way superseded ereader. So I'll recycle it and its cover.
Off topic: Anybody in my area (Paris) would be interested in a broken aura HD + official cover for pieces before I recycle it too? Pm me.
