Thanks @theducks. Setting up the columns does get them populated with current reading location stuff, but it doesn't sync all the bookmarks in my various books. As I mentioned above, "that I'm interested in both reading progress as well as 'bookmarks' - I sometimes keep numerous bookmarks per book to flag interesting bits."
