Likely to be about the same. The original Aura had eMMC and it was not noticably faster or slower than other models with internal micro-SD cards.

The ones I have seen came with Sandisk class 2 or 4 cards.
The speed of eMMC chips and micro-SD cards depends hugely on what you are using them for, so unless the test was comparing ereaders it is probably irrelevent to how they will perform in an ereader.
The speed of micro-SD cards also varies hugely between different manufacturers and even between individual cards produced by the same manufacturer, some class 2 cards are much faster than some class 10 cards for small block operations, it is only when dealing with huge blocks that the class 10 cards are likely to be faster, such as when transferring hundreds of books at once from PC to ereader. In normal use the best class 2 or 4 cards are likely to be as fast or faster than the best class 10 cards.
