I'm not sure what the problem is. That is a "Kobo Touch", model number N905. For nearly all uses of it, that's all you need to know.

Or are you worried about the internals? There were three versions of the Touch. The first, the one you have, has fixed internal storage. The later two, model numbers N905B and N905C, have an internal micro SD card that can be changed. But, that is only of concern if you want to swap the card for some reason, or do something really bad to it and need to restore an image. You wont be able to do either with your Touch.
