Would you please quit assuming?
You may live in an area with major wifi but it isn't that way everywhere.
I go to state parks. I have found one that has wifi on the lake.
No wifi is not ubiquitous in the state of Texas.
It may be in the big cities but it isn't in the rest of the state where most lakes are.
Last time I looked you find fishermen on lakes.
