OK Don, as you may know Virginians like to pick on West Virginians who did not have enough sense to stay with the Mother State. You know the people that walk around in circles on flat land since one leg is shorter than the other from walking on all of those mountains. Anyway, a brother and sister from West Virginia get married to each other and move to Arkansas where they subsequently divorce. The questions is, "Are they still related?"
