Serial Number First 6: B013 09
Didn't try the factory reset the first time because it was out of box. And followed all the steps as listed.
Got to step 7, with the firmware update and it gave me the 007 error. Decided to try step 8 but the MrPi command didn't do anything and I couldn't launch KUAL.
Reset the device to factory settings and went through all the steps again with the same result listed above.
That's it.
