In this case it actually does mean a BSOD. Apparently the Win10 BSOD includes a frowny face on it, but it's still blue.

I think this is actually part of Microsoft's plan to take over the world, not Amazon's. Somehow getting everyone to use Windows 10, then not testing updates enough is the path to world domination. I admit to not seeing how this will work, but then again I'm not a CEO so maybe I just don't think the right way.
