Sigh. There goes Canonical creating yet another pointless hack that breaks things to differentiate themselves. Let's see now, we have
- A global menu bar
- A display server
- A desktop environment
- A package format
- Overlay scrollbars
At this rate, Ubuntu is going to become a whole new operating system.
You can probably prevent the overlay scrollbars from causing problems by going to Preferences->Look & Feel and changing the User interface style to Calibre style
