Name of the Wind is a weird one. It was available for a short time as an ebook when the HC came out them pulled. Now it's apparently available again, but with a price based on the HC still. Penguin a lot of times will "forget" to lower an ebooks list price when the MMPB comes out, sometimes it takes them a year or more to adjust the price.
