(And is it enough to slip your finger into and press the button thru the custom hole in the fitted back part of the cover?) They did make a point of leaving open access to the USB port at the bottom, so maybe there's a design feature for accessing the back button, too.

Just had a chat with kobo, It took a long time to get the answer.
jscris: I see that the power button is on the back of the Aura One. The case appears to cover it when folded as an easel. If the unit goes to sleep, how does one access the power button without picking up the unit and unfolding the front cover? Is there some way to wake the reader other than accessing the power button? ..........
Onam: I am so sorry you have to unfold the cover and turn on or off. Please be advised that we're passing this matter on to our development team and will work to fix this for a future release.
