Solche geschützten Leerzeichen sind sehr nützlich. Ich setze sie routinemäßig vor … und –, auch vor Einheiten wie km usw. Es gibt noch weitere sinnvolle Anwendungen, um den Zeilenumbruch etwas zu kontrollieren.
