I possibly completely forgot to update the hotfix for FW 5.8.2, nothing to worry about there ;D. I'll do that soon-ish (running on an MCE-tripped session right now, need to reboot and tweak BIOS before I get a kernel panic).

As for the cover thing, I half-expected it, the goal was to make 100% sure *something* would trip the CRP. Granted, as you've experience, it's that's a bit much, but I'll need someone with SSH access to try to narrow it down to 'just' the USB port
