So I had a .docx file and when I used Calibre to convert to .mobi it worked perfectly.

Then I sent the file in for editing and it was returned to me as a .odt file. I have openoffice here at home so that seemed fine, but when I try to convert to mobi now it butchers the conversion.

The whole book looks something like:

A
the way for
try
moving

It is 1 and 2 words sentences that make no sense.

What am I doing wrong?
