Usually the way around that problem is to create a template document ahead of time that is something like 10 blank pages (or as many as you think you'll need). Then you can use that to write on and turning pages should be much easier. I think you can do that on the iLiad as well as the DR.

I've even seen some templates posted by users that were lined pages, so it felt more like writing in a notebook.
