It's no use going to court, since there isn't a session. The judge reads all the papers that the two lawyers send in and on the 7th her/his judgement is (I assume) send to every party involved. He can decide that he has to talk the parties involved and then a session is planned, or so I understand. For now, the only thing we can do is to wait and see what happens. Our lawyer is going to send in the judgement made earlier this year (which was in our favour), the judgement of this case was postponed several time awaiting the earlier judgement.
