Let us purge all foreign words from any publication

In the US:
No more cafe, bistro, siesta, cantina... . No trips to foreign ports because Amazon will not allow their name in a American book. No Drachma, Centavos, Yen... US Greenbacks only. (Do I have to get rid of those 2 cantra sewn into my vest?)

ABSURD

Many of the Fantasy books I have read, simply used foreign or ancient dialects. Would those be purely 'made up'
