I invite you to take a look
to my battery test (Kobo H2O). A “2-months” battery life gave me 77 hours of reading when reading more than 6 hours a day. It's more than twice the theoretical 30 hours of the 60days×0.5hours formula. And far more than any LCD tablet.
In other word, if you read a lot, a "one-month" battery eReader should probably reach 30 to 40 hours of reading (depending on light settings of course, see my stats). It's far more than the best tablet outthere.
