Shows copies held at a small number of US libraries. There is no ebook version and it seems was published in 1957. I can't see any sign of a reprint.

A Google search shows some links. It seems, for instance, that Alibris have it starting from $180!

Harry's suggestion of a scanning service to produce an ebook is one I would normally endorse, but in this case it seems that a paper copy is very rare. Even if you were able to obtain one it would be a shame to have it destroyed in the scanning process. A Czur scanner would be a very good option if you can get access to one, or a non-destructive scan service (which would be more expensive).
