Did you have to pay return shipping or a re-stocking fee?
I'm being very firm. I updated my response to them telling them it doesn't work in Windows 7 either, so they can't blame the OS. It's a faulty unit.
I don't understand why they needed me to send them pictures??? Just making the customer jump through hoops.
