I had previously removed the book from my reader before downloading the modified version;
I checked the edit of the book and it pointed out 4 non-linear items which I changed to linear. Re-ran the check and no errors found. Saved changes.
Removed the book from ereader again and downloaded new version; but, same results.
I will compare this book edit with some working book edits and try to duplicate the logic that works.
