Sounds rather nifty.

But can you search for what is available at the library? Place things on hold? Use multiple OverDrive libraries (different cities)? I wouldn't imagine so.
More importantly... if you reserve a book on the library website and it gets checked out to you, does Kobo recognize the book as available to you?

Well, I haven't heard of it either. Maybe they are getting confused with the thirdparty KOReader (requires jailbreak!!!)
