The ambient light sensor a la Kindle Voyage sounds nice as does the light tone control.

so it's basically a H2O in a bigger box without the micro SD card slot. but seems to have double the internal memory 8GB instead of 4GB with a flush screen and a few other bells and whistles, i'm sure it will appeal to some people.
