Yes, I understand this. It says it will load mobi and azw3 files which I am assuming you can read. It does not say anywhere that it supports the cover files.
Now here is my question to you and maybe we can come up with an answer.
Where are you getting the files?
How are you sideloading?
Are you changing anything in the files?
Anything at all?
Let's just see if it is the software.
Prove to me that it is the software.
Let's go over everything you do.
I need to original location of files.
How you are getting them on your computer.
Everything you do to these files if anything.
Your operating system.
Exactly how you get them on your kindle.
If you know, where you are putting them on your kindle.
Let's eliminate the possibility of PEBKAC.
