Yep. BOL.COM is a large Dutch online retailer (pretty much the Dutch equivalent of Amazon). Originally it was Bertelsmann Online (hence BOL, from Bertelsmann OnLine) and it's is now part of the Ahold-Delhaize concern.

And they are indeed a Kobo affiliate; my H2O comes from them.
