Nick -- Although 6 years after you released this book I thank you for your effort. I found this book in DigiLibraries but it was too wide to read in my ereader. I then loaded a copy from Gutenberg and had the same problem.
It then dawned on me to search the MobilRead repository and, sure enough , here it was. This version views perfectly in my Glo HD. Thanks again for your effort.
